The scene lowers on its own once the Our Father begins.
Attention anchors
During Contemplate and Live It, a soft sound rises and fades. Breathe in while it rises (4 seconds), and breathe out slowly while it fades (6 seconds). That is about 6 calm breaths a minute.
Listening aids for a wandering mind, not a medical treatment.

When you hear the bell, gently come back.
Immersive Oraphonic™
The name joins two words: ora, Latin for “pray” (as in ora pro nobis, “pray for us”), and phonic, “sound.”
An ancient prayer, a new way to step inside it. ioCatholic, the Internet of Catholic, brings you the Rosary in immersive Oraphonic™: voices and the setting of each mystery surround you, so you pray with your lips and your heart.

The bell. After the fifth Hail Mary, the same bell rings in every mystery. If your mind has wandered, it’s your gentle call to come back.
Put your earbuds or headphones on: immersive Oraphonic works best when each ear hears its own sound.
